		<description>&lt;p&gt;I remember an interview I saw many, many years ago with someone who has eaten human flesh -it may have been a survivor of the plane the crashed in the Andes in the 1970s. The survivor was asked about the taste of human flesh, he said that he found the knuckles to be the most flavorful.

I based my meal on that kernel of remembrance ... though I knew I&#8217;d have to have some real meat in the stew. So I cut at the elbow and left some forearm meat in there.
